Open Repositories Denver, June 2022

The 4Science team attended the Open Repository conference in Denver (June 6-9, 2022). During these three days of conferences, we were able to meet many institutions all around the world that all share the same principles of a more open knowledge and culture. The 4Science team throughout the conference contributed with 5 different presentations:

– DSpace-CRIS, anticipating innovation

– The COAR Notify Project: implementing the Notify Protocol and standard practices in DSpace

– The EOSC DIH “ELD Advance” project

– The DSpace and ORCID integration

– Bringing IIIF to the DSpace community

The presentations got excellent feedback from the attendees, and they really appreciated what we do for the community. We went back home enriched by the many ideas and projects that will help the open repository world develop and get better. We as 4Science always want to be leaders of this evolution offering the best solutions to the community.
